Tobi Mae Lippin, an evaluator, adult educator, and activist, founded and directs New Perspectives Consulting Group, Inc. Her experience includes research and evaluation, organization building, facilitation, and training development and delivery – all with a participatory orientation. Tobi’s energetic, down-to-earth communication and facilitation style contribute to her effectiveness as an organization builder. She is adept at translating complex concepts into understandable language for a mix of audiences and clients. She has worked extensively with advocacy-focused and service-focused nonprofit boards and staffs, labor unions, and government agencies.
Prior to founding New Perspectives, Tobi used adult and popular education, advocacy, public policy, and community organizing strategies in her work at social change-oriented nonprofit organizations. She directed the North Carolina Occupational Safety and Health Project and the American Friends Service Committee’s Women in the Work Force project. Tobi also worked as a community organizer, grant writer, and trainer. She received her master of education (adult education and training and development) from North Carolina State University.
Kristin Bradley-Bull is a senior associate at New Perspectives. Her consulting specialties include assessment and evaluation, strategic and program planning, training, and educational materials development. To those ends, Kristin offers her clients deep listening, a sense of humor, and new pathways to their aims. Over the years, she has consulted with a host of organizations including nonprofits, collectives, labor unions, foundations, government agencies, and multilateral institutions.
Along with consulting, Kristin co-founded a youth training and leadership organization, the Young Women’s Project. She was also on the public health education faculty at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she designed and taught courses in community assessment, program planning, program evaluation, and quantitative data interpretation. In addition, Kristin worked with an international development technical assistance agency. She has a master of public health degree (health behavior/health education) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
